Mr. Vincent Paul Hollman, 66, of Huntsville, passed away July 29, 2026. Vince was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He excelled in wrestling and football at Jennings High School. After high school he followed in his father’s footsteps by joining Sheet Metal Workers Union (Local #36). Vince worked at Chrysler over a 35-year span until 2010. Then continued his career in Huntsville, Alabama where he was the Maintenance Manager at Mesker Door. Most recently he joined the world class Mazda Toyota team in 2020, leading the kaizen shop in achieving 5S silver status, the longest standing group to have achieved this. Throughout his career he was known as a trusted problem solver and teammate, helping all of those around him.
Vince loved to fish, especially when he could share the experience with friends and family. He was a devoted fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and proudly cheered on the Alabama Crimson Tide. But perhaps what he loved most was bringing the people he cared about together. Vince was known for hosting big gatherings and creating memories with those closest to him, especially his beloved Fourth of July pool parties, where all the kids and their cousins could gather, laugh, and enjoy being together.
Mr. Hollman was preceded in death by his parents, John R. “Jack” Hollman and Rose Lee (Montague) Hollman of St. Louis, Missouri, and his sister Karen (Hollman) Klann and husband Jeff Klann. He is survived by his sons, Luke (fiancée Darrell Schreihart) and Sean (Karen Maher) of Hawaii; his siblings, Ed and Debra (Hollman) Hoeferlin, Mark (Michelle) Hollman, all of St. Louis, and Linda (Hollman) Weddle of Overland Park, Kansas; and his special cousins, Julie (Kevin) Gold of Huntsville, Alabama, and Sherri Morrow of Las Vegas, Nevada. He also leaves more than 20 beloved nieces and nephews.
The family will receive visitors from 10:00 to 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, August 5 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church 625 Airport Road, Huntsville, AL 35802. Catholic Mass will follow at 11 am. with Father Rick Chenault officiating.
There will also be a visitation from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. Friday, August 7, 2026, at Kutis Funeral Home 10151 Gravois in St Louis, MO 63123. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery 6901 Mackenzie Road St. Louis, MO 63123.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital at Online Donations – St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
Mr. Vince will be truly missed here at MTM, he was my very first Group Leader and we loved when he would always order special lunches for us. He will always have a special place in my heart and to the family, you have my condolences and I pray that the Lord will comfort you at this time. God Bless.

I’m so sorry for the loss of Vince. The family is in my thoughts and prayers. Vince was my supervisor for over 3 years at MTM and always treated me with kindness and respect. He introduced me to a great Italian restaurant here in town and I will think about him each time I visit there.

Vince, the youngest of all of us. Gone so unexpectedly. I never imagined you would be on your forever journey before me. It’s hard, but yet I already envision you making friends in heaven!

Vince and I have been friends since first grade.. When we were in high school Vince drove Anne,, Carolyn and I to school everyday. His friends named us ” Vince’s Angels”.
Hearing of his passing has been difficult to accept.
