Sharon K. Hooper Monday, August 18, 2025. Beloved mom of Krista Hooper; dear daughter of the late Floyd and Virginia Bowman; dear sister of Linda McCoy; dear aunt of Melinda (Jason) Maylee and Brian (Denise) McCoy; great aunt of Jazzlyn, Brooklyn, Lauryn, Daniel and Colt; cousin and friend.
She was an educator for Fox C-6 School District for 30 years, plus 7 additonal years in Lake Charles, LA. Sharon was a dedicated, life long teacher.
Services: Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Road Monday, August 25, 2025, 11am. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 4-8pm.
We loved our dear sister. So many memories. We will miss you, Sharon. Condolences to our niece Krista. We love you very much.
