Hopson, Sally Ann

(nee Studer) passed away on Friday, January 29, 2016, with loving family by her side. 

  Beloved wife of the late James  Roger Hopson; loving mother of Jim (Laura), Jeff (Jane) and Judy Jost (Tim); dear Nanie of Jenna and Tim Jost, Lauren, Jeffrey, Jack and Anna Hopson; aunt, cousin and friend to many. 

  Sally was born in St. Louis in 1934, and attended Our Lady of Sorrows and Ursuline Academy.  She is a graduate of Webster University and was awarded a Master of Fine Arts from Washington University in creative writing, one of her many passions.  After raising her three children, Sally was a paralegal at Bryan Cave before finishing her career as a Vice President in the Trust Department of Mercantile Bank. Over the years, she and Roger enjoyed  traveling the world with their many friends, weekends at their home at the Lake of the Ozarks, and  partaking in the arts and theatre of St. Louis.

Services: Funeral From Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois Rd., Tuesday February 2, 9:30 AM. To St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church for 10:00 AM Mass. Interment J.B. National Cemetery. Visitation Monday 3-8 PM.
