Cynthia Ysasi Horan of Festus Missouri passed away at home on 4/25/2025. Cyndi was born in Beeville Texas and was preceded in death by her parents Jose and Hortencia Ysasi. She earned several college degrees and certificates including her Masters in Logistics. Cyndi had an accomplished career in civil service with the Department of the Army retiring as Chief of the Supply Chain Planning and Sales Order Division. She loved to travel and many adventures Cruising and RV-ing around the country with her husband, family and friends. Cyndi is survived by her beloved husband Mickey, children Gayle Brown and Michael (Lauren) Horan, grandchildren Donald, Kylee, Danielle, Mikey, sister to Carlos Ysasi and the late David Ysasi. She was a beloved Niece, Aunt, Cousin, Sister in Law, and Friend.
Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Road Tuesday, May 6, 2025, 10am until service at 12pm. Inurnment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to The American Cancer Society in her honor.
Cyndi was the Love of my life.
I miss my friend of 38 years. It is hard to imagine she’s gone.

Mickey, my deepest condolences. Cyndi and I met when we were 15 years old. We stayed in contact and would visit each other here in Missouri. We laughed a lot, cried on each other’s shoulders. I will miss my dear friend so much. Rest well my friend.
