Horn, Donald Dexter passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2021.
A dedicated driver examiner and supervisor, Don worked at the Missouri Highway Patrol his entire career. His passions were horses, his beloved dogs, restoring toy cars and trains, faith, guns, good friends and family.
