Entered into rest on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, at the age of 78.

Loving husband of Velta L. Horn, cherished father of Kimberly A. (David) Woolston, James (Barbie) Wilson and Michele R. Wilson (Darren Davidson); beloved brother of John (Jeanie) Horn, Melissa Hauschultz, Harland (Theresa) Horn and Gert (Vic) Thomiser. He was a beloved grandfather to James Wilson, Jaclyn Davidson, Tanya (Mike) Hoefelmann, Valene (Joshua) Daniel, Veronica Davidson, Alicia Woolston, Michael Wilson, Rachel Barton and Amelia Woolston, great-grandfather to Cameron Barton, Tony Barton, Caroleena Wahl, Eliana Barton, Wynnie Daniel and Devin Barton. Proceeded in death by Winiferd Horn (Mother), John Horn Sr. (Father) and Patrick Hauschultz (Brother In-Law), uncle to many nieces and nephews, a dear friend to many and was known as “Grandpa” to all. A Beloved Army Veteran that also was the owner of Lockbox Mail Delivery and a post mate of North Jeff Eagles #4248, American Legion #0177, Ceder Hill Elks #2678, Knight of Columbus of House Springs and the VFW #6516 High Ridge

Visitation will be held at Kutis Funeral Home, Affton MO (10151 Gravois Road, St. Louis, MO 63123) on Monday, Oct. 14th from 3:00pm-4:00pm (Family) 4:00pm- 8:00pm (Friends) The Funeral will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 15th at 11:30am (*PLEASE SHOW UP AT 10:30am!!) EVERYONE MUST BE IN LINE. Following the funeral services we will be laying him to rest at Jefferson Barracks Memorial.

  1. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of Don’s family. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed. Heaven has received a wonderful angel.
