Services: Roadside service at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery Tuesday, September 9, at 1:30 p.m. Everyone is to meet at Sylvan Springs Park (across the street from the cemetery) Tuesday at 1:15 p.m. Lifetime member of Gateway Chapter of LERA and member of The Leadership Council of Southern Illinois, the American Arbitration Association and he was a FMCS mediator from 1976 until 2000.
