Hornbeck III, Walter “Skip” Charles

On Sunday February 12, 2023, Walter “Skip” Charles Hornbeck III passed away at the age of 70.

He was born June 7, 1952 in St. Louis, MO, attended Affton High School then joined the Navy and served 4 years on an aircraft carrier.  Skip loved fishing and riding motorcycles.  He is survived by his sons Walter (Ace) Charles Hornbeck IV, Aron Tómas Hornbeck and Jon Eric Hornbeck.  Sister Linda Lee Hornbeck Whiteley, brothers Ted William Hornbeck and Shawn Damian Hornbeck.  He also enjoyed his nieces and nephews, Bonita, Johnny, Dakota, Isabella and Sage.
Preceded in death by parents Bonita M. and Walter Charles Hornbeck II.

SERVICES:  Funeral from Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Road on Thursday, February 16, 12:30 p.m.  Interment Sunset Cemetery.  Visitation Wednesday 4 – 8 p.m.
