Hudson, Patricia Kay

Patricia Kay Hudson, 81, of Sullivan, MO, passed away as a result of brain cancer on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.  Pat was born to Bill and Catherine Poole on April 10, 1942.  After attending high school, Pat eventually went on to practice as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for many years.

Her family will remember her as a loving and nurturing mom and grandma.  Pat loved her job and was always making friends wherever she went.  She especially enjoyed shopping and having her hair and nails done.  Pat brought much happiness and joy to all those that knew her.

Pat is survived by her children Wm Bryan (Becky) Hudson, Ronald (Michelle Lewis) Hudson, Paula Babbs, Betty (Bub) Ham, and Eunice Brandon; grandchildren Jennifer (Keith) Moehlmann, Alexandria Hudson, April Hudson, Charlotte Hudson, Juliette Hudson, Trevor Hudson, Kaylenn Hudson, Ashlee (Justin) Macklin, Duke (LaVonda) Hansen, Donnie Ray Ham, Douglas Ham, Trina (Shannon) Shanks, and Manny Luna; and an abundance of great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband James Hudson, her son Travis Hudson, and her grandsons Jason Ham and Jacob Hudson.

Visitation will be at Kutis Funeral Home – Affton Chapel (10151 Gravois Rd, St. Louis, MO 63123) on Sunday, May 7th, 11am until the funeral ceremony at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Brain Tumor Society (https://nbtsevents.braintumor.org/fundraiser/4661131).

  19. I worked with Pat for 20+ years. She was always very kind and a had a heart of gold. I will miss your daily emails and texts, sometimes more than once a day. I sure could use one of your hugs today. You have a special place in my heart. Rest up Miss Pat. I love you!

  20. Bryan while I never met your mom, I know she was a wonderful mother and hard working nurse. I know these things because she made sure to raise you to be a great father, hard worker, and loyal friend.
    I know there is a hole in your heart that will never heal but I know she’s doing Gods work and watching over her family.
