Christopher Lee Jones, 65, of Arnold, Mo passed away on March 12th, 2026
Chris was born on June 16th, 1960 to Lawanda “Jones” Langley and James Wiley Jones Jr. After high school he enlisted in the navy and was a proud navy veteran. He then made his career working in the oil industry. He spent years working in Brazil, Africa and Texas before retiring. He had many fond memories of his times traveling the world and of all the friends he made along the way. His later years were spent enjoying retirement and helping to care for his mother.
He is preceded in death by his father James Wiley Jones Jr, Niece Alexa Love, Maternal grandparents Grace and John, Paternal grandparents, James W Jones Sr and Leona Jones as well as numerous cousins, uncles and aunts.
Chris is survived by his brother James W Jones III, his sister Konnie “Jones” Love, niece Samantha Love, Nephew Raymond (Megan) Love, Grandnieces Kylee and Karlee, Grandnephew Kowalski, and Cousins.
His services will be held at Kutis Funeral Home on Lemay Ferry Rd. Visitation will be held on March 17th from 3-7p. Burial will take place on March 18th at 12:30 at Jefferson Barracks national cemetery.
