Beloved husband of the late Christine Keefer (nee Wilckens); devoted father of Rebecca (Cary Corbett) Keefer, William Noel Keefer III, Corinne (Danny) Costello, Christopher Keefer, Catelyn (Stephen) Davis, and the late Nila Keefer; adoring grandfather of Madeline Keefer, Tylar Carr, Daniel Costello, Keefer Costello, Sloan Davis, and Oakley Davis; dearest son of the late Charles Keefer and Corinne Keefer (nee Myers); loving brother of Lee (Skippy) Keefer; our dear uncle, great uncle, brother-in-law, cousin, and friend to many.

On November 18th 1978, in Cole Camp Missouri, he married Christine Elizabeth Wilckens. They made their home in Webster Groves Missouri. Bill enjoyed gardening, spending time with his children and grand kids, numerous trips to the beach, visits to the St. Louis Zoo, and bbqs with family and friends. Billy never missed an opportunity for a gathering. He especially enjoyed time with his buddy John Russell, watching College football and reading the newspaper. Bill never knew a stranger and always opened his home to humans and animals.

In lieu of flowers, contributions made to Stray Rescue are greatly appreciated.
