Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Kempen Sr.; dearest mother of Kenneth “Ken” (Karen) Kempen Jr., Kimberly “Kim” (Jim) Kinder and Kevin (Marjan) Kempen; dear grandma of Emilie (Craig) Wehmeyer, Mollie Kempen, Grace (Blake) Darkow, Alexander (Demi Ferretti) Kempen and Andrew Kempen; great-grandma of Isabelle, Oliver and Vera Wehmeyer; sister of Sandra (Don) Boeschen and the late Nancy Amelung; our dear aunt, cousin and friend of many.

Visitation Tuesday, January 9, 9:30 a.m. until Service 11:00 a.m. at Christ Memorial Lutheran Church, 5252 S. Lindbergh Blvd.  Interment Our Redeemer Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer’s Association.

  1. We are so sorry to hear of your precious mother’s passing. Praying God grant your family comfort and strength during this difficult time. It is never easy to lose a love one, but losing the person who brought us into this world may be one of our hardest moments. There is such a bond and love when losing a mom. May her memory be eternal!

  2. Judy was a kind loving person and I am
    So blessed to have known her and to have had the privilege of helping take care of her
    Everyone truly loved her and we knew she loved us. She will always have a special place in my heart. God bless you all during this time.
