Gerald “Jerry” Lee Kniepman, age 77, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2026.
Jerry leaves behind a legacy of love, commitment, and hard work. He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Patricia Kniepman (nee Drayton) with whom he built a wonderful life filled with cherished memories.
He was the proud father and grandfather to his daughters and their families: Michelle (Stuart) Rahn and their sons, Jackson and Benjamin; and Kimberly (Patrick) Dannegger and their children, Reese, Wyatt, and Lincoln. Jerry’s greatest joy in his later years was his family, and his memory will live on through his beloved granddaughter and four grandsons.
For many years, Jerry was the proud owner and operator of Biener Hardware, where he loved serving his community. A passionate fly fisherman, he was actively involved in Ozark Fly Fishers, Inc., which brought him lifelong friendships and endless hours on the water.
Jerry will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial donation to the Alzheimer’s Association.
