God bless Deborah and her family. My favorite memories of Debbie are that we shared the same first name [different spellings], the friendship of our parents, the time we spent together as youngsters and the times we looked out for each other in school.

Dear Sweet friend from High School. We spent quite a lot of time together freshman and sophomore year. You talked me into joining the library club. I was not really the kind of girl who would have naturally migrated to a club that might have sounded a bit, shall we say, stuffy..but you told me they went on out of town trips and I was all for that! I think we went on trips to Memphis and I think Chicago…One of those places we saw the exhibition of King Tut. We were both fairly captivated by the lively spunky Sr Francine with her world views and her New York accent. Please tell her hello from me. I have been thinking about trying to reconnect with some of the people in my life who I should have stayed in contact with. So sorry we won’t get to meet again here on earth. I’ll pray for you but I bet you’re already in a good place. til we meet again..
