Kramper, Shirley A. (nee Josse), fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Tuesday, September 26, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Kramper; dear mother of Jerry (the late Colleen), Jim (Mary) Kramper, Sue (Bob) Ruzicka, John, Jess (Debbie) Kramper, Sandy (Marc) Silvey, Jeff (Mimi) and the late Joe Kramper; dear grandmother of  18; great-grandmother of 28; our dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Shirley was a member of the St. Matthias Quilters. Shirley and Ray opened Josse Ice Creamery in Concord Village, home of the Flying Dutchman.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Monday, October 2, 9:15 a.m. to St. Matthias Catholic Church for 10 a.m. Mass. Interment Jefferson Barracks  National Cemetery.  Visitation Sunday, 4-8 p.m.
