My sweet mom. On Saturday you traded in your mom title for one of angel. Hells bells, I can’t begin to think of what the days will look like without us laughing over something ridiculous, working together to accomplish our goals or the time spent on deciding what to have for dessert. We had so much fun and a few arguments sprinkled in as well but you wanted an independent daughter so that comes with disagreements. I already miss all of our traditions but more than anything I miss your calls, texts and smiles. I know you are where you most wanted to be but for those of us left behind it is hard not to regret a final goodbye or one more hug. The girls and I will be watching for you everyday and I hope you know how much love we shared. I can’t wait until I see you again.
With all of my love,
Susan

Agnes was such a sweet person. I enjoyed chatting with her when she came into the library when I worked there. More recently I enjoyed chatting with her on her front porch, My sympathies to all of you.
