Krewet, Catherine Constantine

89, of Liberty, MO, and a former resident of Bellefontaine Neighbors, passed away January 14, 2016. She was born January 2, 1927, in St. Louis, MO, the only child of Anthony “Tom” and Mary (Daoukas)  Papanicolous. Along with her  parents, Catherine was preceded in death by her first husband, James L. Constantine; second husband,  Vincent P. Krewet; and daughter, Debbie Bassore.

Survivors include her children, Dana James Constantine (Michelle Neary) of Glencoe, MO, and Andrea Walter (Chris) of Liberty, MO; grandchildren, Spencer Walter, Taylor Walter, Dana Marie Wilders and  Aaron Bassore; and three great grandchildren with three more due this year. Catherine will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother who continued to remain  active and enjoy life until her final day.  She will be greatly missed.

Services: Visitation will begin at 10:00 am, followed by funeral  services at 11:00 am, on Wednesday,  January 20, at St. Nicholas Greek  Orthodox Church, 4967 Forest Park, Ave., St. Louis. Burial will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the church. Arrangements: Kutis Funeral Home (314) 842-4458.  A service of KUTIS AFFTON  CHAPEL.
