Kuthe, Robert M. “Bob” He was born in St. Louis, MO, on January 7, 1918 and passed

away peacefully on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the age of 99.

   Beloved husband of the late Marguerite Kuthe (nee Dunham); dear father of Karen Carr, John and the late Robert Kuthe; dear grandfather of Jeffrey Hawkins, William Carr Jr., Patricia  Garbus, Erika Fitzgibbon, Paul and Zachary Kuthe; dear great-grandfather of Taylor, Allison and Emma Hawkins, Audrey,  Isabella, William III and Olivia Carr, Sam and Ben Garbus,  Addison and Ava Fitzgibbon and Canyon Kuthe.

   Bob was a WWII veteran, serving in the Army Airforce division and was a recipient of 7 Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart.  Bob was an avid bicycle rider, logging thousands of miles in over 32 years of riding.  He was also an avid HAM radio operator.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Rd., Tuesday, February 7, 10 am. Interment J.B. National  Cemetery.  Contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association or  Salvation Army appreciated.  Visitation, Monday, 4-8 pm.
