Lacy (nee Westlake) for 45 years; dearest father of Michael and Robert (Joanie) Lacy; loving grandfather of Jacob and Trent; dear brother of Karen (Lou) Puricelli; dear brother-in-law of Kenneth (Beverly) Westlake and Gail (David) Counie; our dear uncle, cousin and friend.

SERVICES: Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Road on Monday, January 10, 9AM until time of funeral at 10AM. Interment J.B. National Cemetery.

  9. Condolences to Mary and the family……..I was sad to hear of Jim’s passing…..he was quite a guy…..a straight shooter ( he always said what he meant, and he meant what he said), he was a good friend to me for close to 60 years…….I will miss him Terry Smith
