Lashley, Helen N. (nee Reiss) baptized into the hope of Christ’s resurrection on March 24, 2024.

Beloved wife of the late James Lashley, Sr.; loving mother of James Lashley Jr., Helen (Larry) Scales, Karen (Mike) Pfaender, Charles (Robin) Lashley and Christopher (Misty) Lashley; cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Josh, Sarah, Julie, Michelle, Michael, Sabrina, Charlie, Jr., Karl, Lynne and the late Joe, great-grandmother of Andrew, Hannah, Emma, Theodore, Mason, Aidan, Mae, Walt, Paul, Luke, Gavin, Carter, Ryan, Kaylee, Henry, Karoline and great-great grandmother of Nashli; dear sister of Charlene (the late Louis) Valci; our dear aunt, sister-in-law, cousin and friend.

Services: Funeral from Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Tuesday, April 2, 10:30 am to St. Joseph Catholic Church – Imperial for 11:00 am mass. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimers Association appreciated  https://act.alz.org/site/Donation2  Visitation Monday 4:00 to 7:00 pm.

  1. what a kind and generous woman she was, did so much for the American Legion. my family will always remember her from the Easter egg hunts at Jefferson Barracks. She was nice to everyone she knew., she had a very caring heart,
