Beloved husband of Iona Lato (nee Waldhof) for almost 69 years; dear father of Donna (Dan) Kerckhoff, Joane (Don)  Jamison, Toni Marie (Eric) Stegemann and the late Diana (survived by Keith) Kozlen; dear grandfather of Kevin (Lisa) and Kelly Kozlen, Tim Bauer, Angie (Nick) Farrell, Chris and Nick (Catherine) Barrale and Andrew (Gale) Thomlinson; our dear great-grandfather, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Thursday, August 23, 9:30 a.m. to St. Francis of Assisi Church for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment Bellerive Cemetery. Retired employee of National Supermarkets and Teamsters Local #610. In lieu of flowers, Masses or contributions to the charity of your choice appreciated. Visitation Wednesday, 3-8 p.m.
