Lay (nee Barkey) for 63 years; loving dad of Mark (Linda) Lay and Robert (Marie) Lay; cherished grandpa of Benjamin, Dannielle, Alexandria and Macgregor; dearest brother of Norma (the late Shirey) Smith; our dear uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.
Services: Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Tuesday, February 2, 4-7 p.m. with service concluding that evening. Interment private at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery
