Nancy Lewis asleep in Jesus on October 22, 2026 at the age of 81. Wife of the late William Lewis and mother of Jodi Lewis, Amy Lewis (McNeil) (deceased), and Julie Lewis Oppitz (deceased). Grandmother to Kaitlin Lewis, Emily McNeil, Noah McNeil and Carter Oppitz. She attended Cleveland High School and after graduating, was chosen as a St Louis Cardinal Football Cheerleader. After retiring from Monsanto World Headquarters, Nancy volunteered at Missouri Botanical Garden and created floral arrangements at Mercy South Hospital for the gift shop. She was also a member of several garden clubs for over 30 years. Nancy loved entertaining, making wonderful soups, decorating and gardening, and did a number of garden tours for her church, helping the needy in the community.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 28, 2026 from 11:30 AM until service at 12:30 PM at Mary Mother of The Church (5901 Kerth Road 63128). Burial on Thursday, October 29 at 10:00 AM family will gather at 9:30 AM and process to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
