  13. I didn’t know Barbara directly, but I know of Steve’s undying love for his wife. As I read the other comments, I can see why. She sounds like she was an absolute wonder and joy. My condolences to the family – and that’s a family! Five children and grandchildren. She leaves behind a legacy that not all have. My thoughts to all, especially to Steve.

  15. Today my BEST CHILDHOOD FRIEND in LIFE told me his Mother had passed away. “Barb” as we respectfully called her, was an amazing women who at the time was both Mother and Father to the kids (Eric, Richard, Mary, Pam,and Nicki.) Immediately 40 + years of memories flooded my mind of all the great things she did and how her house was at the crosswalk to our grade school, always a safe haven if needed. My thoughts and deepest condolences go to the Family.
