In Loving Memory

Lorino, Judith Marie (nee Toenjes)

Judith Marie (Toenjes) Lorino, 80 years of age, gently passed away on September 10, 2022.  Judy was the daughter of Bernard P. And Agatha F. Toenjes, wife of the late Salvatore A. Lorino, sister of Richard Toenjes (Dolly), Gloria Farrar (Michael), Joyce Merrill (the late Peter).
Judy will be remembered for the many talents she shared:  her painting, drawing, and her art; her love of sewing and quilting;  her joy in games and cards and playing Bridge; her love of the holidays and cooking for a crowd and entertaining; her knowledge and love of plants and flowers; and her selfless desire to help others.  She found great joy in delivering Communion to those who were unable to attend Mass in person.  Judy did things her own special way and was a doer until the end of her days.
Judy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her children:
Victoria Spinzig (Brian), Kimberly Eveld (Richard), Wendy Forshee (Steven), Kenneth Lorino (Christine), and Keith; her grandchildren: Melissa Hoormann (Daniel), Jessica Marischen (Thomas), Angela Spinzig (Randi), Garrett Kelsey (Jeannie), Samantha Kelsey (Michael Garvey), Savanna Kelsey, Sydney Kelsey, Connor Lorino, and Amelia Lorino; and her great grandchildren: Andrew, William, and Katelyn Hoormann and Agnes and Cecelia Marischen.
Services will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Assumption Church on Mattis Road.  Visitation will be 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.  Mass at 10:30 and lunch immediately following in the Church basement.  All are welcome.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Judy’s name to Thomas Dunn Learning center at TDunn.org.
