Luster, Louis E. “Lou” born April 18, 1934 in DeQueen, Arkansas, passed away Friday September 13, 2024. Beloved son of the late James and Sallie Luster. Preceded in death by his former wife, Anna (Luster) Hickman (nee Campbell). Beloved father of Lewis Luster of South St. Louis County, Sabrena (Daniel) Olson of House Springs and Carla Luster of DeSoto. Dear grandfather of Kristin Olson Robbins, Jessica (Tim) Meeks, Laura (Jason) Hilton, Molly (Chris) Meyers, Mary Anna Stubbs and Robby Stubbs. Dear great grandfather of Dylan, Andrew, Brooke, Caleigh, Kinsley, LeAnna, Kyler and Lincoln. Lou was the youngest of 14 siblings, all who have gone on before him. Our dear uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend.

Funeral from Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Wednesday September 18 at 10:00 am. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Lou was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force and a member of Perryville Eagles, Perryville American Legion and was a frequent patron of “The Spillway”. Visitation Tuesday 4-9 pm.

  1. UNCLE LOUIS WAS MY MOM’S DEARLY LOVED BABY BROTHER. MY MEMORIES OF TIMES WE VISITED IN ARKANSAS AT GRANDMA LUSTER’S WITH HIM WILL HAVE A SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART.
