In Loving Memory

Luzynski, Robert “Bob” Sr.

March 23, 1945 - November 12, 2024

Robert (Bob) Luzynski, Sr., born March 23, 1945, passed away peacefully in his home in Canal Winchester, OH on November 12, 2024, at the age of 79.

Robert is survived by his three children: Robert Luzynski Jr., (wife Ann), John Luzynski Sr., (wife Jenna) and Katherine Luzynski; six grandchildren: Valentino Carpenter, Kristen Stanley, Kyle Luzynski, Gabriel Luzynski, Holley Luzynski and John Luzynski, Jr.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife Frances L. Luzynski (nee Jackson), his mother Frances M. Luzynski (nee Koss); his father John C. Luzynski; sisters Virginia Oliver, Mary Anderson, Theresa Wasyluka, Bernadine Malyszko, Barbara Ann Luzynski; brother John James Luzynski; and grandson Santino Luzynski.

Bob was a devoted husband and father who was always ready to provide sound advice along with a good meal. He loved his wife of 59 years, Frances, unconditionally since the day they first met. He led his family by example, showing that hard work and fairness pay great dividends. His direct no-nonsense approach to problems always made the people who listened to him take action to improve their situation.

Bob retired from Sachs Electric in 2007 as the Vice President of Estimating. He greatly admired Louis Sachs and often spoke of his admiration for Louis Sachs and his visionary leadership. Bob greatly enjoyed his time at Sachs Electric and retired after 31 years of dedicated service.

In 2012, Robert and Frances relocated to Canal Winchester, OH, where they remained until their deaths. Bob was a faithful member of Firehouse Church in Lancaster, OH, and enjoyed fellowship, even if he didn’t hear everything.
