Barbara Lucille Martin, 74, of Troy, Missouri, passed away on December 7, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas L. Martin and a devoted mother to Christopher Martin and Jennifer Bernard.
Barbara was born on January 3, 1951, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, the oldest of ten children. At just eighteen years old, she married the love of her life, beginning a lifelong marriage rooted in love and devotion.
Barbara was kind, hardworking, and loved everyone she met. She enjoyed embroidery, gardening, and all types of crafting, and had a special talent for creating beautiful things with her hands. Through her life, she taught her family kindness, a strong work ethic, and how to love others.
She is survived by her children, Christopher Martin and Jennifer Bernard; her grandchildren Shannan, Angela, Samantha, and Zoey; and her siblings Bruce, Elizabeth, Becky, Cheryl, Shelia, Rusty, John, Betty and Patty.
Barbara will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered forever by all who knew and loved her.
SERVICES: Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel (10151 Gravois Road Affton, Missouri 63123) on Monday, December 15, 8:00 a.m. until funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
