Carrie mayer

In Loving Memory

Mayer, Carrie Ann (nee Littler)

The devil whispered in my ear, “You’re not strong enough to withstand the storm.” Today I whispered in the devil’s ear, “I am that storm!”

Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same. But as God calls us one by one our chain will link again.

Carrie Mayer was a beautiful soul that brightened up any room as soon as she walked in. Her personality shined so brightly that everyone would gather around her just to be near her light. She was the rock of her family, her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents David L. Littler Sr. and JoAnn Clawson, and her brother David L. Littler Jr. and her Aunt Pat and Uncle Conner.

She leaves behind her husband Johnny Mayer. Her sisters Randi Rutherford and Carol Farley. Her children Ashley Littler, Meghan Rose, Christopher Littler, Steven Littler. Her grandchildren are Kash Littler, Kayn Littler by Ashley. Mathew Rose by Meghan Rose. Cameron, and Carter Littler by Christoper. Keneddy, Maddison, Graham, Reagan are Steven’s children.

SERVICES: Funeral at 11 AM on Monday, August 5th at KUTIS CITY CHAPEL (2906 Gravois Ave. 63118). Interment at Park Lawn Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 4:00 – 8:00 PM.

  3. From the first time we met I thought you were a force to be reckoned with, now all of the years we’ve spent together walking side by side through the best of times and the worst of times, I know that we are a force to be reckoned with! I hope that you are finally free to enjoy heaven! I know that you’re looking down and guiding your kids and grandkids in their path. I wouldn’t have changed a thing, just wish your life wouldn’t have been so difficult. I hope that I’ve served you well. Love you forever and always!
