MAYER, ROBERT TOLMAN, “Rob”, passed away suddenly on July 23, 2022 at the age of 62.
Beloved father to Rob Jr. and Andy; devoted son of Robert and the late Joan (nee Tolman) Mayer; dear brother to Bill and Karen (Dennis) Sandstedt; dear uncle to Ellie, Will, Kaitlin, John and Lindsay; cousin and dear friend to many.
Rob was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. He graduated from Lindbergh High School, University of Tulsa and Fontbonne University. He settled in Freehold, NJ with his family while working in Sales & Marketing for AT&T. After retiring from AT&T, Rob enjoyed working at Barkalow Middle School as a teacher’s assistant in special education. Rob loved sailing, traveling and time spent with his family and friends.
Services will be held at Kutis Funeral Home, 10151 Gravois, St. Louis, MO 63123 on Friday, August 26, 2022. Visitation at 10:00 am followed by a memorial service at 11:00 am.
