Pat (Pete) was my best friend growing up in our South St. Louis neighborhood. I’ll always cherish those days. Until he left for his stint in the Army, I saw him every day; playing baseball and basketball together. He was a good athlete and everyone liked him.
My heart sank when I heard of his passing. His father was my sponsor for my Confirmation. Pete will never be forgotten.
