James Hamilton McGroarty age 58, Friday, November 28, 2025. Beloved son of Sylvia (nee: Hamilton) and the late Lambert McGroarty; dearest brother of Michael McGroarty, Christine Klump and John (Dawn) McGroarty; dear uncle of T.J. (Kelly), Josh, Jessica, Ryan, Nicole, Shane and Laura; great uncle of Jahkyla; nephew, cousin and friend.
He was a proud Navy veteran who went on to work for Veterans Affairs Cemetery Services.
Services: Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Road Tuesday, December 9, 2025, 10:30am. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Visitation Monday 5-7pm.
