To the entire McKenna clan, I wish to express my deep condolences. Diane was a great friend and excellent manager. She will be truly missed. I will play her lucky numbers 612 in memory of all the laughs we shared.
I am so very sorry for your loss. I know how special aunt “Di” has been to your family. May God wrap his loving arms around her and comfort all who loved every fiber of her being.
I know Diane was a wonderful friend to many but I am especially grateful for her friendship with Louise Putnam, my sister. Louise and Diane both worked at Cardinal Glennon as nurses and managers for many years. When my sister was dying, Diane and and another nurse friend traveled from St Louis to New Orleans and stayed with Louise several days until her death. I will always remember and be thankful for Diane’s love and compassion for her friends but especially for that visit.
Please accept my sincere condolences.
Sincerely,
Mary Di Leo
To all of Diane’s family, I have known her for 40+ years. We met at Cardinal Glennon working on 3 South. We were all a family and socialized together frequently. We had many laughs bowling at Red Bird Lanes, going to dinner etc. she was a wonderful friend. She deeply loved her family . I offer my deepest sympathy in heart for your loss. RIP Diane, Love, Sharon Bennett Nugent!🙏💕🙏
She was a wonderful person and would fight to make things better for those she supervised and our patients! Many fond memories.
Diane was a dear friend from Glennon and our many years after. We often drove together when she was on the night shift since we lived close. She was kind, caring and had a wonderful joy in her. I will miss her greatly.
We are so sorry for your loss. Tammi and I have made a donation on behalf of Aunt Di to Cardinal Glennon. Will be thinking of you guys during this difficult time.
Sending love to the Gale family!

Diane was a beautiful person inside and out! Her laugh was so contagious. I can hear it now! Katie’s friend and my niece, Anna called her Diane, Aunt Di! Diane’s relationship with the younger generation seemed so special! I know she will be missed by so many especially her family and friends! I am sorry for your loss.
Comfort & Peace at this sad time.
