  2. We are all extremely saddened by Dave’s passing. Dave and I were friends from the early 60’s when he and I were roommates at Purdue. After graduation we lived and worked for many years in different parts of the country. In 2004 when my wife, Jo, and I moved to the St Louis area, Dave and I had a chance to activate our friendship activate once again.
Dave took such great pride in his wife, his daughters, their husbands and their grandchildren. He loved to tell stories of how much he enjoyed doing things with members of his family, both together and individually.
It was a privilege to have known Dave and to have him as a friend. I will always cherish the pleasant memories of a man who loved his wife and family dearly. We will all miss him.

  4. Dave was like a teddy bear, laid back and lovable. He was a true friend and gentleman. We have lots of memories to hold in our hearts. Those great grilled steaks he cooked for us on game nights. And I kind of recall Dave winning most of the time when we played games. He was so smart and wise. We had lots of good laughs. And we can’t forget the line dancing and conversation at all the dancing socials we attended. We will miss him dearly. Blessings and prayers to all his family. Know it was a rough time for Dave and all his family battling that terrible disease. God bless.

Sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with Dave at Boeing and seeing him and Fran at St. Anselm (St Louis Abbey) on occasion. Great guy. Great gal. Fine example of a great human. Condolences to all who knew him.
