(nee Edwards) Fortified with the sacraments of Holy Mother Church Friday, November 12, 2021. Beloved wife of Steven Meier; loving mother of Katelynn and Kyle Meier; adoring grandmother of Myla Meier; dearest sister of Linda (Brian) Reese and Eric Edwards; dearest aunt of Hayden, Alivia, Bryce, Aubrie and Taylor; dear niece, cousin, and friend to many.

Christy was a police officer for 7 year with Jefferson County and 7 years with Sunset Hills. She loved bingo, fishing, and all animals, especially her dogs.

SERVICES: Funeral from Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois Rd., Friday, November 19, 9:30 AM to St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church for 10:00 AM mass. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Stray Rescue of St. Louis. Visitation Thursday, 4:00 to 8:00 PM.

  1. Just wanted to say how sorry I am for the loss of your wife and mom. I had the pleasure of helping her pick out glasses a couple of times and she was so funny. Always telling us stories. She told me moving to Sunset Hills was the best thing she’d done. She said she had a lot of down time but she was mastering Candy Crush. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Good Bless
