  1. Bill was just the sweetest man, and I enjoyed spending twice a week with him for dinner and watching his granddaughters play basketball once we could figure out the connections. He loved his family so much and was just a very kind soul. I will miss him very much. I am happy I had the privilege of knowing him. I would always say see ya next time and he always said I hope so. Give each other a hug and say I love you. I know he was struggling and sad about losing his independence and functionality at the end. But hopefully he is at peace and living it up with his wife, who I know he missed.
