Darlene Mae Miget (nee Price); age 73, passed away peacefully and comfortably on Friday May 15, 2026 surrounded by her twins. Loving mother of Marcie Lee Becker, Tanya Mae (Ryan) DeGuire. Grammy to Lena Mae, Paige Ann and Aubree Joy. Dear sister of Ronnie Jean (Wayne) Buskirk, Nancy Lee (Terry) Boswell, Judith Ann (late Raymond) Weil. Preceded in death by her parents, William T. and Clara E. Price. She was an aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to many.
She was born on October 10, 1952 in St. Louis and spent her life as a devoted mother, a best friend to her granddaughters and retired as a computer programmer in 2007. For 8 months she met the challenges of pancreatic cancer with grace and dignity. She was known for taking care of everyone and everything, the most selfless and giving woman who gave unconditional love to all.
A Visitation and Service will be held at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. (at Butler Hill), Friday May 22, 2026. Visitation at 3pm and Service to follow at 6pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a charity of your choice.
