Rachel Milligan, a beloved mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and dear friend to many , passed away unexpectedly on Aug 12th 2026 leaving behind a lifetime of love, cherished memories, and countless lives touched by her.
To know Rachel was to know someone who cared deeply. Her love, laughter, strength, and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known her. She had a way of making people feel loved, safe, welcomed, and never alone.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Josh Milligan, her children, Kayleigh Milligan and Joshua Milligan her parents, Danny Boone Sr, her siblings, Joseph Boone, Danny Boone Jr, her beloved , nieces, nephews, and her dear family, friends that loved her deeply.
