Passed away on Tuesday August 18, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Carl Mintner. Loving mother of David (Diana) Mintner, Linda (Martin) Elking and the late Donald Mintner. Cherished grandmother of Christina and David Mintner, Jeffrey (Erin) and Lisa Elking, great grandmother of Kaleigh and Andrea Salvati, great great grandmother of Kian. Our dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend.
Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel (5255 Lemay Ferry) on Saturday, August 29th from 9AM until service at 11AM. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Ruth will be missed by her loving family and lived a wonderful life. I was lucky enough to have played pinochle with her, Carl and Linda on a regular basis a long time ago. The joy on her face when she,d get a good hand with hundreds of points in melt and win the bid was awesome. I also remember her and Carl going out on Saturday nights to dance and party because Linda and I got to party in the basement and play old records and pool. A truly wonderful lady and family.
