Monday, January 9, 2024.  Loving wife of the late Winiford Modglin.  Loving mother of Jim (Nancy) Modglin, David (Cheryl) Modglin, Lisa (James) Weathers and the late Winiford Modglin Jr., Gary (surviving Sylvia) Modglin, Brenda Modglin and Richard Modglin.  Dear grandmother of Nikki (Rick) Proffer, Lisa (Jacob) Freeman, Daniel (Cassie) Modglin, Gary Mack, Mindy Mack, Joseph (Tammy) Modglin, Joshua (Heather) Modglin, Haynnon Weathers, Hannah (Kameron) Hill and the late John Mack.  Dear sister of James (Thelma) Ingram.  Dear sister-in-law of Asile Modglin.  Our dear great grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend.

SERVICES:  Private funeral services were held at Kutis Affton Chapel with burial at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.  Lorene was an active member of Broadway Baptist Church.  Contributions to the American Cancer Society appreciated.

  4. Lorene was such a big part in mom and our lives. A lot of good memories always wanting to be around and staying at her house. Loved her like a second mom. I’m saddened to hear the news of her passing. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
