Pat’s family would like to extend a special thank you to her caregivers of the past 3 plus years. Katie Flanagan who cared for Pat in the last of her 49 years at her home in Sunset Hills. The hospice team as Accent Care that allowed Pat to live her last 3 months with the dignity she so richly deserved. Special thanks to the Memory Care Team at the Grande at Laumiere Park who thanklessly cared for Pat without complaint and with the love, compassion and dignity, especially her primary care giver Donna; the love and friendship you gave Pat over her 26 months stay at The Grande will forever make you a special part of Pat’s family. Thank you so very much.
Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON Chapel 10151 Gravois, Tuesday September 19, 10:15 AM to St. Monica Catholic Church for 11:00 AM mass. Interment J.B. National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please send donations in memory of Maureen Wilhelm to Siteman Cancer Center. Visitation Monday 4:00-9:00 PM.
