Frankie “Frank” Mooney, Jr.
Frankie “Frank” Mooney, fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 30, 2026.
Frankie was the loving son of Kathleen “Kathy” A. (nee Garozzo) and the late Frank James Mooney, Sr. He was the cherished brother of Margaret (John) Mahfood and Joseph “Joey” Mooney.
Frankie was a treasured uncle to Luke, Leo, Eleanor, and Johnny. He will also be lovingly remembered as a cherished nephew, cousin, and friend to many.
Frankie’s kind heart, fierce loyalty, and the special place he held in the lives of his family and friends will never be forgotten. He leaves behind many wonderful memories that will continue to bring comfort to those who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. on Tuesday, September 8, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank’s memory may be made to an animal shelter of your choice.
