SERVICES: Memorial visitation at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois, on Saturday, October 5 from 2pm until memorial service at 4pm followed by a gathering at Dulany’s Grille & Pub, 9940 Kennerly Center, 63128 for food and drinks. Interment at a later date. Janice’s family wishes to thank the staff at Mercy Hospital-St. Louis and at Davita Dialysis.
