On Wednesday, May 23,2018 Beloved husband of Carole Muckler (nee Hookway); loving father of  Richard Muckler, Jr. (Tammi),  David Muckler (Sandy), Cynthia Cunningham, Douglas Muckler and Cheryl Suddarth (Mark);  dearest grandfather of Joshua (Natalie), Steven (Tia), Casey,  Alexandra, Richard, Kaitlyn,  Connor, Nicholas, Ryan, Sarah and Adam; dear great grandfather of 2; dear brother of Frank Muckler (Zanice), Susan Hutchings, Patrick Muckler (Cheryl), and the late Marilyn Davis and Michael Muckler (surviving Terri);  brother-in-law of Margaret Hookway and Helen Hardie; dear  uncle, great uncle and friend to many.

Richard spent much of his career with Southern Equipment Company. He was an entrepreneur, inventor, and pilot. Close to his heart were Manressa @ SLUH, NCADA Board, and Past  President, as well as Criminal Justice Ministries.

Services: Visitation at Kutis Affton Funeral Home, 10151 Gravois Rd., St. Louis, MO 63123, Monday, May 28, 2018 4-8 pm.   Funeral from Kutis Affton Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 9:30 am to Our Lady of Providence Catholic Church, 8866 Pardee Rd, St Louis, MO 63123  for 10 am Mass.  Interment   Resurrection Cemetery. Contributions may be made to  Father Bob’s Outreach, 1371 Hamilton Ave., St. Louis, MO  63112.
