In Loving Memory

Mueller, Deborah “Debi”

Mueller, Deborah “Debi” (nee Dangos) passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 67. Beloved mother of Graham (Erin) and Emily Mueller; dear sister of Steve (Beth) Dangos and Donna (Don) Bockius; loving grandmother of Oliver and Beckett; caring aunt, niece, cousin and friend. Debi was often found shopping at local second hand stores and estate sales, creating beautiful crafts, and spending time with her loved ones. She was passionate about repurposing the treasures she found, and anyone close to her could rely on surprise gifts throughout the year. At any get together, you could be sure that Debi put together a fun challenge with prizes for those lucky enough to win. Halloween was a special affair, with extravagant costumes, scavenger hunts, and parties. Because of Debi’s creativity, Halloween continues as a special tradition in the family. Throughout her battle with cancer, Debi was always concerned with how she could help others. Whether it was a phone call to check in on her aunts, going shopping with her sister, or bringing her son a weekly dinner, she was happy for the time she was able to spend with those she loved. The kindness she showered upon others will continue to be her legacy.

A memorial service is scheduled for 1pm on Saturday, October 2nd at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Autism Speaks on Debi’s behalf.
