  17. George was my best friend’s (Kyle) Dad. George genuinely cared about my future. I was always excited to tell George about the work I was doing. George did the best thing a mentor could do: Display interests in a teenager’s future. George raised a beautiful family in a gorgeous home, which helped inspire me to be the best man I could be.

  19. Bill and I had the pleasure of knowing George and his family for 25 plus years. We watched each other kids grow, shared the loss of Lisa , prayed hard for George’s strength and struggles the last few years, the loss of his youngest son and the beautiful wedding of Jake and Sierra.
JAKE the way you were there for your dad was the most prescious gift you could have given your dad…. Hold onto the memories and keep them close to your heart…

  25. My condolences to the Niehaus family. Sorry I just found George’s obituary. Dear cousin, you will be missed. I regret losing touch over the years. Many fond memories of playing drums in your basement and going crazy on Big Wheels in the street when we were young. We again hooked up for a few years in our 20’s for Deer hunting at my cabin. It was a blast. Gone too soon cousin. Again you will be missed !
