  1. I will miss you so much. I loved our hour long calls reminiscing about old times. I know my Mom welcomed you with open arms. Rest easy my beautiful Aunt.

  2. We were friends from long ago and reconnected about a year ago. Always called each other cousin, although we weren’t related, as far as we knew. I will miss you. You were in my thoughts many times while I was out of state. Rest in peace. Love you always.

  3. Bettie, with an ie!
My kids and I will miss you dearly but find much comfort knowing you are now home where you wanted to be with your precious hubby Joe whom you love and missed so much; your Mom and Dad; and your dog. I will miss the classy, selfless, smart, cute, well dressed and stubborn you. I loved visiting you while you set back listening to real country music. By the way, your apt was never dirty.
    Love you mostest!

  4. I love you so much and I will miss you more than words can say. I will miss our phone calls and talking about the old days. Spending summers at your house, walking to feed my people, having picnic’s with Kaitlyn on your landing. I will miss you calling me your angel girl. I will miss your voice. I will miss our inside jokes, especially the one where we always said you were 25 years. I think my favorite memory is when you lived with us. I still believe to this day I passed Home EC because of you. You taught me how to clean knick knacks and to always use a soft cloth. I still have our letters when we corresponded that way. All of my birthday cards, Valentine’s cards, and just little notes telling me how much you love your little angel girl. I can’t wait to see you again. I love you so much.
I will miss my favorite person.

    Love your granddaughter,
    Little Jenny

  5. My mother and I just saw that Bettie passed after trying to reach out to connect again after the loss of my grandma a few years ago. She was the very dear best friend of many years to my Nan (Betty) and was like a second grandmother to me growing up. I can easily picture the sweet smile that was always on her face, radiating so much love and warmth. I am so sorry for her family’s loss – she was a wonderful, wonderful human!

    So much love x
