In Loving Memory

Osborne, Wendy Marie (nee Lamberty)

March 21, 1972 - November 22, 2023

Wendy Marie Osborne (nee Lamberty) passed away suddenly on November 22, 2023.

Wendy was born on March 21, 1972 in Saint Louis, Missouri to Irene (nee Wilhelm) and Richard Lamberty Sr. The oldest of four, Wendy loved being a big sister to her siblings Cindy, Richie and Mindy.

Wendy had many passions in life but few of them could compare to the love she had for her puppies. Throughout her life Wendy was a devoted dog owner. Whether it be Frisco, Tuff E, Quincy Duke, Kayla, Ozzie or Daisy she loved them with her whole heart and spoiled each of them rotten.

Wendy was a loving Aunt to her nieces and nephew, always knowing how to get a smile or a laugh. It didn’t matter if it was getting to ride around in one of her cool cars or being given a giant rubber duck just for showing up to your soccer game, Aunt Wendy always knew how to be the cool Aunt.

Above all else there was Greg. The once high school sweethearts whose lives had taken them apart but through all of life’s twists and turns finding each other once again. Although Wendy was never one to wear a dress, she stood at the altar the day of their wedding wearing a bright pink dress and the biggest smile for Greg. The years she spent with Greg going to hockey games, gardening, playing with the pups and all of the countless other adventures were her happiest.

“The song is ended but the melody lingers on.”

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Helping Strays of Monroe County or the Stray Rescue would be nice.

SERVICES: Visitation will be held at Kutis Affton Chapel (10151 Gravois Rd 63123) on Saturday, December 2nd from 1:00 – 4:00 PM, with the funeral service beginning at 4:00 PM.
