Otto, Robert Thomas, passed away on March 18, 2024.

Beloved husband of Deborah Otto (nee Brooks); loving father of Tiffany Wagoner and Robert M. (Shannon) Otto; cherished grandfather of Ila, Regan, Rylee, Eden and Ryder; dear brother of Dan (Susie) Otto, Kathy (the late Steve) Robards, Steve (Angela) Otto, Pam (Ed) Trenary and the late Lisa Otto; our dear uncle, brother-in-law, cousin and friend.

Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Saturday, March 23, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm with funeral services at 3:00 pm. Service concludes at the funeral home.

  11. I will never forget when I saw Bob and Debbie together for the first time. at Six flags when the Otto & Mott CLAN went together every summer. If my memory serves me right she was 7th grade and Bob 8th grade. They were the sweetest couple I had ever seen. Bob was so gentle and kind. He had a sweet spirit like my Dad or you might know as Uncle Jack. I feel both of their souls were a reflection of Grandma Vivian. Tiffany and Bob take care of your mom. He will be missed.
