Palazzolo, Jacquelyn Diane “Jackie”

Palazzolo, Jacquelyn Diane, “Jackie” (nee Mika), entered heaven’s glory on Wednesday, August 4th at the age of 84.

She was preceded in death by her devoted husband Matthew, her son Matthew, her loving sister Gwen and her husband Robert Zamberlan and Joseph Palazzolo her brother in law.

Jackie was a loving mother survived by her three daughters Carolyn Hebenstreit, Cynthia Metzler and Kathryn, grandmother to Jennifer (Rob) Albrecht, Michael (Kate)  Hebenstreit, Jessica (Andrew) Bess, Jacquelyn (Michael) Nolan, Lauren (Tony) Oster, Kristin Koebel, Nicole (Bobby) Schafer and great-grandmother to fourteen. She is also survived by her sister in law Josephine (John) Arnold, seven nieces and nephews, eight great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Over the years Jackie made and dressed hundreds of dolls for Christmas distribution by the JCC. In lieu of flowers Jacquelyn’s family asks for acts of kindness in her memory.

Services: Jacquelyn will be cremated, and a private memorial will be held by the family. Please contact a member of the family for details.

  3. Most sincere condolences on GiGi’s passing. Although we did not have a close relationship, our time with her was always enjoyable and fun. We wish the Mika family and all the descendants strength and caring during this timultuous time.
